My Teleclasses are designed to alllow you
to share & heal in a group
but from where you feel most safe......
your own home.

to learn, share, heal and grow as individuals.

All you need to attend any of my teleclasses is.......
1..A journal
2..1 1/2 hours each week to attend the class
3..a quiet space to participate in the class
4..the desire to love & accept yourself
